We have had logs and bottle gas from Logan’s for quite a while and they are always punctual and provide best quality firewood.

I can’t recommend Logan’s Logs highly enough for their products, customer service and delivery. I had to go out on the day of delivery, so I contacted Caz to ask if the delivery driver could put a tarpaulin ( that I provided) over the coal and log delivery. When I got home I was so impressed that the driver had neatly covered everything and gone out of his way to make sure that the tarpaulin was secured by using plant pots etc to hold it down. What a service! Thank you.

Great service and good quality logs :) It was a rainy day when my last delivery came and as it had to be left outside the driver took the trouble to leave a plastic sheet he had covering the logs. I was able to store nice dry logs the next day.

Delivered logs as promised and carried out instructions to place bags in log store. In a word…….excellent!

I am really impressed with Logans Logs. I generally order online which is really straightforward. I placed my order several months ago when Logans had a sale on. The money doesn’t leave my account until the logs are due to be delivered. A delivery date was agreed. The driver turned up on time tipping the load onto a tarpaulin (in case it rained overnight). This tarp also made it easier to clean up my driveway of the little bits of wood and bark. Since I have been ordering from Logan’s Logs I have had no problems. The staff are lovely and friendly. I cannot fault the service I have received. I would highly recommend Logan’s Logs.

I ordered logs in the summer to be delivered in early September. I received a reminder of the delivery date and they were stored in bags in the garage just as we asked. A very good service all round.

Logans does exactly what it says on the truck - supply kiln dried logs. We arranged for the logs to be stacked on delivery - which was done very neatly indeed. Guess where I'll go for my next kiln dried log delivery ?

My wood delivery by Logan's was extremely easy and not that but actually put the wood into my wood shed rather than just leaving them on the driveway. Highly recommend the wood is a quality product.

The wood and service are great. We can only have the wood delivered on Mondays and Logan’s Logs arrange that for the first Monday they are able to. The delivery drivers are always great. Have used them for years now. The one year we used another company we really did notice the difference in the quality of the wood and service.

A fantastic service. Logs and coal ordered but not required for a month. No monies were taken until the day before delivery, and a delivery time was given at this call too, which was done with care of the property and exactly, not easy, where I requested the 2 sq meters of loose logs to be unloaded. 3 bags of coal were also carried to the log shed. First time buyer. Driver and office staff extremely helpful offering advice on benefits of burning different woods. Was kept informed as to date and time of delivery. Logs burn really well, and heat output from the Ash we bought is tremendous. Great product(s) and service. Will definitely be a second time (and subsequent) buyer.

I have been buying hardwood logs from Logans Logs for several years. Their prices are competitive, and the logs are good quality, properly kiln dried. However, the reason that I choose Logans Logs every time is the service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. A special mention to Caz in the office; she is patient and responsive and makes ordering a straightforward process. All the drivers are cheerful and accommodating, arrive on time and go to a lot of trouble to make sure that that they leave the logs where I want them.

A really super company. Really friendly and helpful on the phone, logs are delivered promptly and with care, and I'm always really grateful to the delivery driver who carries the logs through my awkwardly shaped garden and stacks them in the wood store. Logs are also very good quality.
