We have had logs and bottle gas from Logan’s for quite a while and they are always punctual and provide best quality firewood.

Great customer service when placing my order and the delivery driver was great! Helped to stack the delivery in my garage and had a great chat about biomass boilers and log burners. Great service, will be using them again

The wood and service are great. We can only have the wood delivered on Mondays and Logan’s Logs arrange that for the first Monday they are able to. The delivery drivers are always great. Have used them for years now. The one year we used another company we really did notice the difference in the quality of the wood and service.

A fantastic service. Logs and coal ordered but not required for a month. No monies were taken until the day before delivery, and a delivery time was given at this call too, which was done with care of the property and exactly, not easy, where I requested the 2 sq meters of loose logs to be unloaded. 3 bags of coal were also carried to the log shed. A very nice delivery gentleman. Thank you all.

I am really impressed with Logans Logs. I generally order online which is really straightforward. I placed my order several months ago when Logans had a sale on. The money doesn’t leave my account until the logs are due to be delivered. A delivery date was agreed. The driver turned up on time tipping the load onto a tarpaulin (in case it rained overnight). This tarp also made it easier to clean up my driveway of the little bits of wood and bark. Since I have been ordering from Logan’s Logs I have had no problems. The staff are lovely and friendly. I cannot fault the service I have received. I would highly recommend Logan’s Logs.

Online ordering simple and quick. Good selection of fuel. Confirmation of when delivery would be and follow up with phone calls. Requested help in putting order where it needed to be stored as elderly with health issues. Driver arrived promptly and on time. Carried everything into the house and where it was to be stored. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very kind, considerate, polite and helpful. Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff when I visited the office in Wadebridge. Ordered online and delivery made 2 days later. Bags brought right around to the back of my house, which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely order from Logans Logs again.
