Taking Delivery
Our helpful drivers are always happy to assist you when they arrive. We can help you get your logs to your door, into your log store, shed or garage or we can leave the logs in a safe place if you're not going to be in.

Cubic metre loose loads are not available for collection, please ensure you have adequate space for the lorry to tip the loose load for delivery. Four cubic metres of wood fills one of our tipper trucks, we are unable to deliver loose loads onto the road.
When you spend over £300, delivery is free. Payment can be made the day of delivery if you order in advance.

We are registered with Woodsure's Ready to Burn scheme which means all of our fuels for burning at home, including coal, kiln dried logs, kindling, wood pellets and more are sold with the ready to burn mark of trust.
For logs, this means the firewood is guaranteed to have less than 18% moisture for a low smoke, clean and efficient burn. We also only sell hardwood logs which are much better for the environment. Hardwood logs are dense and burn hotter for longer which means you use far fewer logs per burn.
