At the moment we are offering Ash, Birch, Oak hardwoods and beech in a range of sizes, as well as Alder nets. Our kiln dried logs are available in hardwood species such as Oak and Birch. Dense hardwoods such as Oak and Ash burn hotter and longer than softwoods. Logs in these ranges are typically cut to 9 inches (25 cm) lengths. If you are ordering a large quantity loose load or crate, please order online or please contact a member of our knowledgeable staff on the phone. If you are buying in bulk, it is worth monitoring moisture content.
It is helpful to discuss the details of your delivery before we attempt to make it because loose loads and crates of logs need space to be unloaded safely and we may need to arrange this in advance. Once delivered, stack logs in a well-ventilated, covered outdoor shelter and keep them off the ground for better ventilation and moisture control.
