If it is higher than 10%, the preservation time is 1-3 months, so it’s important the pellets are stored in a very dry and warm area, most people store them in the same room as the boiler, this ensures they don’t get damp, damp will ruin your pellets and make them unusable.
How long does a 20kg bag of Wood Pellets last?
This is dependent on your pellet fire heat settings and your personal heating requirements.
