I have been buying hardwood logs from Logans Logs for several years. Their prices are competitive, and the logs are good quality, properly kiln dried. However, the reason that I choose Logans Logs every time is the service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. A special mention to Caz in the office; she is patient and responsive and makes ordering a straightforward process. All the drivers are cheerful and accommodating, arrive on time and go to a lot of trouble to make sure that that they leave the logs where I want them.
